Job Description:
Orchard Farm Elementary School is seeking an Assistant Elementary Principal to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated candidate ready to serve as an instructional leader and to assist in managing the daily operations of the school.

*Current Enrollment - approximately 660 
*Current number of certified staff - approximately 58 FTE
*Current administrative staff - principal and assistant principal
 
Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (specialist or doctorate preferred)
• Appropriate Principal Certification
• Professional Learning Communities Training (preferred)
• Successful Teaching Experience (elementary preferred)
• Assistant Principal Experience (preferred)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Best Practices in Curriculum/Instruction & Assessment
• Knowledge of School Improvement and Best Practices as measured by data/results

Position start date:  July 1, 2024
 
Hiring Timeline:
We anticipate Board recommendation to hire on May 21, 2024
 
Salary:
Commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Salary $80,000
