Archie School District is located in a rural community south of Kansas City and Harrisonville. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Articulate an understanding of a comprehensive school counseling program.
- Facilitate effective whole-group, small-group, and individual counseling sessions.
- Demonstrate a strong background in responsive services.
- Partner and collaborate with families to meet individual student needs.
- Demonstrate experience working with at-risk students.
- Articulate a plan to work collaboratively with staff and outside agencies to support student learning.
- Demonstrate effective teaching experience at the elementary level. (Preferred)
- Describe their experience with standardized testing.
- Utilize and maintain elementary class schedules via the student information system
