Job Description:
The Career and Technology Center is seeking a dedicated Practical Nursing Instructor for the 2024-25 academic year.
 
The Practical Nursing Instructor facilitates meaningful learning of the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively supports all facets of the learning environment.
 
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or currently working on this degree
• Must possess and maintain proper Missouri teaching certificate for the area/content to which he or she has been assigned.
• Possession of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university in the subject area being taught and four thousand (4,000) hours of DESE-approved, related occupational experience obtained within the most recent ten (10) years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills; including ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work with others on multiple tasks/projects and complete assignments with specified deadlines.
