Job Description:
Gasconade County R-1 is seeking highly qualified student-centered applicants for the position of High School Head Track Coach for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Candidates must have the ability to build a strong rapport with students, coaches, and the community. This position will provide mentorship and a culture of positivity, high expectations, and professionalism that will define our students now and in the future. A teaching certification is preferred but not required.   
 
You will be part of a school that has a rich tradition of academic and athletic excellence. Our district focuses on teamwork and maximizing the potential of each student.  
 
The successful candidate will play an integral role in working collaboratively with fellow MSHSAA track coaches. Experience with the rules, skills, and techniques of Missouri track is preferred but not required.  Track coaching experience preferred, but not required.
