Job Description:
The Montgomery County School District is seeking applicants for a Middle School Special Education Teacher position for the 2024-2025 school year. This SPED position will be located at Montgomery County High School. The Montgomery County R-II School District utilizes the four-day student attendance week. The district is also 1:1 with the use of Chromebooks. Montgomery County is located 45 minutes from Wentzville and 40 miles from Columbia. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. This position will teach MS SPED for half of the day. The rest of the day will entail Assisting with gathering information and following up on referrals for initial Special Education evaluations.

- Assist with completing standardized assessments.
- Assist with facilitating (LEA) student meetings
