Middle School Science/Gifted Teacher

Position Summary
The job of middle school gifted teacher is to instruct students in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth in the subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible individuals. This includes developing lesson plans and facilitating group and/or individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding instructional programs and student progress.

• This position reports to Building Principal
• This position is a Full-Time, benefits eligible position. 
• The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $92,000.
• Salary will be commensurate with Education and Full-Time teaching experience.
