• $44,250 - $54,200 (Minimum according to 2025-2026 salary schedule)
• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full board paid benefits package including health, dental and vision insurances as well as short-term disability
• 164-day calendar with a four day work week schedule

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Develops a program of study that meets individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
• Prepares course objectives and outlines for course of study following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school.
• Assigns lessons, corrects homework, and provides students with positive feedback and constructive criticism on assignments.
• Administers tests to evaluate student’s progress, records results, and issues reports or conducts meetings to inform parents of progress.
• Establishes and enforces rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students for whom they are responsible.
• Keeps attendance records.
• Maintains discipline in the classroom.
• Recognizes and refers students encountering medical, physical, and/or psychological problems seeking the assistance of district specialists as required.
• Establishes and maintains appropriate working relationships by actively communicating with parents.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year College or University
• Missouri State Teaching Certificate

 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS INCLUDE:

• The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.  The employee is frequently required to feel, grasp, push, reach with hands/arms, stoop, kneel, crawl, perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement, and move up or down from/to sitting position. 

 
MENTAL DEMANDS INCLUDE:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Ability to meet deadlines and to focus on many tasks at a time
