Social Studies Teacher: Cor Jesu Academy 
Cor Jesu Academy is a Catholic, academically challenging college preparatory high school for young women. Located in St. Louis and founded by the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, it strives to create a caring community whose students embrace personal dignity, faith, integrity, and compassion. We seek candidates who are proficient in their disciplines and committed to guiding and teaching students.
We are hiring a full-time Social Studies teacher.  Candidates should able to teach all levels, including first-year students, and multiple subjects, including pre-1200 world history as well as other global and American topics.  The teacher should be engaging and committed to active learning, ready to collaborate with colleagues and embrace connections across the school community—especially extra-curriculars specific to the department.  Readiness to teach AP courses and dual credit offerings is important.
