Torah Prep School of St. Louis is the largest Jewish Day School in the state of Missouri, providing Torah-based religious and secular education to over 315 students from preschool to 8th grade. Requirements of Applicants:
- Strong background in Literacy (specifically guided reading and writer's workshop) and Science of Reading
- Knowledgeable in the best practices to deliver instruction to students of various levels and with various learning needs
- Proven record of developing engaging lesson plans and delivering instruction in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies in elementary schools
- Solid understanding of children's developmental needs
- Ability to address the needs of all students and challenge each one to reach his/her potential
- Team Player with strong communication skills
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Creative, dynamic and positive professionals
- Experience creating warm, nurturing classroom environments
- Mondays - Thursdays, 12:00pm - 4:15pm
- Fridays, 11:30am - 2:15pm
- Annual Salary Range: $20,000 - $24,000 pending experience
- Actual Salary will be based on start date and experience
