Reports to: Director of Transportation 
 
General Summary: The primary job will be a School Bus Driver.
 
Responsibilities:

• Being attentive to traffic and weather conditions and ensuring passenger safety.
• Following the planned route and schedule for departure times and stops.
• Reporting delays, accidents, and emergencies.
• Inspecting the vehicle thoroughly before and after each trip.
• Enforcing conduct and safety rules on the bus.
• Maintaining a clean vehicle.
• Ensure safety of all students

Qualifications: Class B CDL with passenger (P) endorsement and school bus driver (S) endorsement
 
Other requirements – Must successfully pass a background check that is satisfactory to the Board of Education
