Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, experienced Learning Disabilities Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping students develop personalized learning strategies, fostering a growth mindset, and working closely with parents, teachers, and school administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized tutoring and intervention for students with learning disabilities, tailoring strategies to their unique needs.
- Consult with schools and collaborate with educators to develop effective learning strategies and accommodations for students.
- Lead and present professional development workshops for teachers and parents on best practices for supporting students with learning disabilities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers, offering guidance and support for creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Track student progress and provide regular updates to parents and school staff.
- Proven experience in working with students with learning disabilities (dyslexia, ADHD, processing disorders, etc.)
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), 504 plans, and other educational support systems.
- Ability to connect with and build rapport with students, parents, and educators.
- A passion for helping students realize their full potential and develop lifelong learning strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in tutoring, educational coaching, or school consultation is preferred.
- Relevant degree or certification in special education, psychology, or related fields.
