Job Description:

Grain Valley teachers are expected to provide instruction that meets the district goals, mission, and benchmarks; create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity level and interest of the students. All candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to their own ongoing professional growth.
 
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education and be certified to teach in the state of Missouri, motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for their education in accordance with each pupil’s ability and establish positive, supportive relationships with parents and other staff members.
 

Salary: 43,000 to 47,500
