Elsberry RII Schools is seeking a qualified individual to manage our Student Support Room, working with students in grades 6-12.  Candidates ideally would possess a counseling degree or have experience working with students who need mental health support.  Certification, or the ability to obtain a substitute teaching certificate alongside counseling credentials/experience, is preferred.  Teachers who do not have counseling degrees, but have experience working with a wide variety of student needs, are welcome to apply.  The Student Support Counselor is responsible for establishing student support plans, providing daily support/counseling, providing academic help, and working closely with school counselors and outside providers.  For more information or to apply, please contact Jason Miller at jmiller@elsberry.k12.mo.
