Job Description:
Lift For Life Academy is seeking an Elementary Paraprofessional for the 2025-2026 school year. You would be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating appropriate individualized educational services, learning programs, and instruction for special needs students with one-on-one support with an emphasis in autism, in an integrated setting in consultation with other school personnel; Identify the needs of the assigned student(s) through formal and informal assessments; review referral data, history, and assessment data to develop appropriate goals and objectives for each student; confer with general education teachers regarding educational, social, emotional, and physical needs and objectives of each student.

All candidates should have a minimum of 60 college credit hours and eligible for a Substitute Certificate in MO. 100% paid Medical, Dental and Life, Pension and optional 403B retirement plans.
