Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the desktop support technician is to provide comprehensive technical support for all technology hardware and software, collaborating with team members and customers to ensure the effective use of technology in advancing the Special School District’s mission. Desktop Support technicians typically work between the hours of 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and are generously compensated. They receive benefits, including insurance, paid time off and holidays, access to staff health clinics, and more.
