Job Description:
North County Christian School seeks a highly motivated Head Administrator to lead the school into its 64th year and beyond.  The Head Administrator leads a team of approximately 50 staff to serve 220 students PreK-12.  The Head Administrator works with the school board to development annual and long range plans to drive the educational and financial success of the school as well as lead the educational program.
The Head Administrator must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an active member in an evangelical church, preferably a Church of the Nazarene.    A master’s degree in education is required; a master’s degree in school administration as well as school administrative experience is preferred.  ACSI certification is desired.
