Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with district and state standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young children
- Use formative and summative assessment data to guide instruction and meet individual student needs
- Establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and classroom activities
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and support staff to plan and deliver high-quality instruction
- Participate in professional development opportunities and actively engage in ongoing learning
- Maintain accurate records and meet all required documentation and reporting expectations
- Uphold school and district policies, procedures, and expectations
