The Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Shull Early Learning Center. We are looking for a highly qualified educator who is committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners.  The qualified candidate should hold or be eligible for a valid Missouri Teaching Certificate - Early Childhood Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with district and state standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young children
• Use formative and summative assessment data to guide instruction and meet individual student needs
• Establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and classroom activities
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and support staff to plan and deliver high-quality instruction
• Participate in professional development opportunities and actively engage in ongoing learning
• Maintain accurate records and meet all required documentation and reporting expectations
• Uphold school and district policies, procedures, and expectations
