Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic First Grade Teacher who is passionate about teaching from a biblical worldview. This position is ideal for an educator who thrives in a close-knit Christian school community and desires to disciple young learners during a formative year of academic and spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction in core first grade subjects
• Integrate Christian values and biblical principles across the curriculum
• Maintain a classroom environment that is nurturing, orderly, and joy-filled
• Assess and document student progress in accordance with school expectations
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support student development and school mission
• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field (required)
• Current teaching certification (preferred)
• Experience teaching at the elementary level (preferred)
• Demonstrated Christian faith and ability to disciple students spiritually
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
