Job Description:
Steelville elementary is seeking applicants for the 2025-26 school year. 

Seeking applicants certified in 1-6 or B-3 

Essential job duties:

Develops and maintains a classroom environment conducive to effective learning
Designs and implements lesson plans that are rigorous and aligned to the Missouri state standards and the districts’ priority standards
Evaluates and progress monitors students’ progress on a regular basis.
Communicates effectively with all stakeholders
Active participant in the PLC process within the school
Provide RTI intervention strategies 
Attends and participates in faculty meetings
Adheres to all state and federal requirements within the IDEA and 504 plans
Active participant in grade level planning meetings
