   The applicant must hold a valid and current Missouri Teaching Certificate in the appropriate subject areas or a written plan of obtaining certification.

Job Requirements:
   This individual will demonstrate a variety of instructional strategies that creates an optimum learning environment for the students. They will also possess the ability to work successfully as a collaborative team towards achieving department and school goals.  The Reeds Spring Middle School strives to equip and inspire students to reach their maximum potential through a commitment to academic and personal excellence by providing an innovative, student-centered, world-class education in a relationship-driven community.  
   RSMS has an enrollment of approximately 285 students in grades 7-8 and employs around 45 staff members. Our building facility is a modern, state-of-the-art middle school incorporating multiple collaboration spaces into the classroom design. Reeds Spring School District is located 30 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point. In addition, the school district has a competitive salary, offers additional benefits, and has transitioned to a 4-day school week. Coaching duties may also be available for qualified applicants.
