Job Description:
CID -- Central Institute for the Deaf, a listening and spoken language school for children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, seeks a speech-language pathologist to provide individual and small group speech and language services, conduct evaluations and develop treatment programs for the children attending our programs.  The position may also require providing services virtually and presenting at workshops for other professionals learning to work with the deaf/hard-of-hearing population.  This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.

Candidates should be motivating, organized, flexible, and an excellent communicator who is willing to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other staff members. Experience with young children who are deaf/hard-of-hearing is preferred.  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required. Candidates must obtain a Missouri license and possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence or be eligible for Clinical Fellowship.
