Job Description:
Be an Eagle! Cole County R-V is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide skilled nursing care to a preschool-aged student in the school setting beginning in May 2024. 
Qualifications must include:

• Must have a good-standing license in the state of Missouri
• Current CPR certification
• Must be willing to provide in-school nursing care to a preschool-aged student at the Special Learning Center in Jefferson City.

Responsibilities include:

• One-to-one patient care in a school environment
• Execution of prescribed plan of care 
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Communication with parents and preschool staff
• Paraprofessional support of student with pre-academic skills

This is a part-time position, approximately 12 hours a week (3 hours each day in the afternoon and potential for more hours during the 2024-2025 school year),  Monday-Thursday. There are no benefits with this position. Base salary is $23 per hour for an RN certification, with an additional potential increase based on experience.  Base salary is $16 per hour for an LPN/CNA certification, with an additional potential increase based on experience.
