Job Description:
Gasconade County R-1 is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for a secondary math teacher for the 2024 - 2025 school year at Hermann High School. This position will be responsible for Geometry and Algebra 2. The successful candidate must be able to implement higher order learning strategies, have the ability to integrate technology skills into the classroom, possess strong communication skills, and build positive relationships with students, parents, and the community. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Missouri Learning Standards. Coaching and/or sponsorship opportunities may also be available. Hermann High School educates approximately 350 students in grades 9 - 12 and has a rich tradition of academic excellence.
A bachelor’s degree and applicable certifications are required.
