Job Description:
The Teacher Assistant supports the teacher with supervision, grading, planning, and other classroom activities. Additionally, they provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients in the cottage and contribute to a positive group living experience. The TA-CSS collaborates with a multi-disciplinary treatment team in client care. Exciting growth opportunities are available (details below)! 
Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday (following a school year calendar) 
• 8:00AM start time, 3:00PM end time (8-hours) 

Compensation: 

• $16-18 an hour, dependent on education and experience  

Requirements:  

• Must be 21 years old to apply 
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required 
• Valid driver's license 
• Valid auto insurance 
• Work as Youth Care Specialist in the residential setting when school is out

• Must have 60 credit hours to be eligible.
