Job Description:
The Montgomery County R-II seeks an Alternative Teacher for our ACHIEVE program for 2024-2025. In December 2023, our district opened an Alternative Building for grades 7-12. Currently, the program has 8 students with 2 staff members. We want to grow our program to 12-15 students and add a third staff member for 2024-2025. Montgomery County is located along Interstate 70, roughly halfway between St. Louis and Columbia. The district has approximately 1150 students in grades K-12 and the district has a 4-day work week.
