Position: Clinical Manager Day Treatment
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
Job Type: Full Time Salaried Exempt
Purpose: The Clinical Manager for Day Treatment and Education is responsible for the coordination of case management, individual programming and business aspects regarding the therapeutic work of clinicians. Clinical Manager will build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners to improve the quality of life and outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities
- Assign caseload and duties for clients to ensure that all clients receive a comprehensive and accurate assessment which guides the treatment planning.
- May include carrying a caseload of assigned clients and providing direct service to clients.
- Ensure the clients achieve all relevant clinical outcomes; demonstrate improved functioning leading successful reintegration to the client’s family or alternative lower level of care.
- Ensure clinical leadership; gathering observations and insight and provide a framework for understanding the treatment approach.
- Proficient in various computer software programs (Word, Excel, Electronic Health Record system).
- Must be able to communicate concisely and effectively in verbal and written form.
- Knowledge of social services and mental health diagnosis helpful.
- Must be able to build relationships with a variety of people and sustain those relationships.
- Must be highly organized and accountable.Minimum Requirements
- Education Level: Master’s degree.
- Other minimum requirements: Licensed as a LCSW or LPC. Must be able to provide direct service to clients.
- Ability to supervise others for licensure is a plus.
- Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Complete Sanctuary training in a timely manner;
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance;
- Be able to pass State Abuse, Neglect and criminal background checks;
- Be able to carry out the essential functions of the position with, or without, accommodation.
- Perform all job duties in a manner which demonstrates a commitment to Sanctuary values and practices.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of cultural and ethnic diversity of clients, staff and other community partners.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Ability to perform a range of physical motions including, but not limited to:
- Lifting and carrying up to 15 lbs.
- Standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time
- Kneeling, squatting and stooping
