WHAT YOU WILL DO:
PLA principals set the vision for school culture and academics. Key responsibilities include implementing and evaluating the instructional program based on scholar needs and state guidelines. As our principal, you will coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all staff, including implementing the PLA Coaching Cycle. PLA principals lead with integrity and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to their work. 
In addition to providing instructional leadership, our principals hold primary responsibility for the strategic implementation and management of all aspects of school performance and operations. PLA principals are data-driven, results-oriented, and strongly believe in every scholar’s ability to succeed. 
 
DO YOU HAVE?

• A master’s degree and a valid administrator's license, 
• 3+ years of proven success as an instructional leader with previous experience in a school leadership role,
• the ability to investigate data and develop a plan for campus success, and
• the ability to collaborate and communicate with staff and stakeholders the vision and direction of your campus.
