Job Description:
SUMMARY: Reports directly to the high school principal.  Responsible for coordinating the scheduling process and maintaining the integrity of the middle school and high school schedules.
  • Work with appropriate staff to create and maintain middle school and high school schedules.
  • Conducts in-service programs to keep counseling and staff informed of developments with scheduling and changes for scheduling within the Student Management program
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to high school staff
  • Confirms the accuracy of data for the administrators review
  • Assist with other data requests as directed by District MIS Coordinator/Systems Administrator 
  • Acts as a liaison between the middle/high school staff and MIS.
  • Assist in the maintenance and integrity of the data.
  • Assist in all data clean up as necessary.
  • Creates the master timetable and/or matrix.  
  • Must be well versed on middle school and high school scheduling requirements that are set by the state.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Missouri course requirements and Missouri standards. • Experience with SIS K12 and master schedule timetable/matrix 
  • Graduation from a general or technical high school.
  • Experience with computer software and data input.
  • Ability to compile reports and disaggregate data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff.
  • Clerical/typist experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and/or G Suite 
  • Successful completion of a background check by Human Resources.

  • Ability to speak in an understandable voice with sufficient volume to be heard in normal conversation and on the telephone, and in addressing groups.
  • Requires occasional or frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time.
  • The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and is generally a hazard free environment.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed.
