Position Type: Interventionist
School Year: 2022/2023
Position Details: Part-Time Interventionist
An interventionist will help address the specific needs of a particular child when regular classroom instruction is not sufficient. Interventionist will work with the teacher to design methods of learning that are appropriate for each child.
Qualifications: Teacher Certification. Experience with and knowledge of Response to Intervention/Multi-tiered Systems of Support. Knowledge of effective academic and behavioral interventions. At least five years of successful classroom teaching experience is preferred. Training in LETRS and/or the Science of Reading is preferred. Clear fingerprint background check.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
