TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
  • Full-Time, Twelve Month position with benefits
  • Compensation will be based on experience
  • Salary range $13.12-$22.47hr
BEGINNING DATE
  • Immediately
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Appropriate safety precautions must be used at all times while performing essential duties and responsibilities
  • Capable of working well with students, staff, and outside members of the community
  • Communicate clearly with staff and building administration in and effective and timely manner
  • Maintaining district equipment including but not limited to mowers, bobcat, HVAC systems, tractor, maintenance vehicles and busses
  • Troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Comfortable with working on single and 3-phase equipment with voltages up to 480volts
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work orders daily
  • Ability to plow, shovel, and salt district roads/parking lots during inclement weather
  • Ability to help facilitate special events that may fall on weekends or after hours (i.e. graduations, district games)  
  • Ability to work outside during all elements from summer weed eating to winter rooftop HVAC repairs
  • Ability to lift 50-150lbs multiple times in a day
  • Ability to follow directions and learn new skills
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION
  • Must be able to obtain and hold in good standing Water Distribution Level - II
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess and maintains a valid Missouri Driver’s License
