Job Description:
The Hickman Mills C-1 School District is looking for a highly qualified, professional individual for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent.  This position is a pivotal role in the school district and is responsible for taking care of a variety of administrative, clerical and other duties.  In addition to serving as the primary point of contact for the Office of the Superintendent, this position also services as the liaison to the Board of Education.
 
Minimal qualifications are: associate’s degree, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, previous experience as an administrative assistant in an executive or managerial position, and advanced proficiency in communication skills, organizational skills, customer service and software platforms (word processing, presentation building, and spreadsheets).
 
Starting salary will range from $47,052 - $59,329 depending on experience.
 
Benefits include district paid health, dental and life insurance for the employee, three weeks of vacation year one, and four weeks beginning year two.
