JOB/POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure the smooth and efficient processing of the district payroll and data reporting, and to maintain accurate and complete payroll records. 
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer

  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in bookkeeping, accounting or payroll processing involving advanced record keeping is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with Missouri School Districts in full-cycle payroll and benefits is preferred
  • College degree and payroll processing experience is preferred

Terms of Employment
SHIFT TYPE: Full time 
HOURS PER DAY/WEEK: 8 hours daily for 260 days
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
SALARY: annual salary ranging from $39,915 to $53,851, depending on experience 
FLSA STATUS: non-exempt
