Job Description:
Jefferson College is seeking a part-time Admissions Assistant. Incumbents work under the direction of the Early College Coordinator to process dual credit/dual enrollment admissions applications, register dual enrolled students for college courses, and troubleshoot registration issues utilizing Ellucian Banner.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of specialized training or experience required. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service through written and interpersonal communication with the general public, coworkers, and supervisor. Interpretation of admission and placement requirements, accurate data entry using computer and software applications; excellent attention to detail; and maintaining strict confidentiality are required. 

Compensation: $13.99 per hour; Jefferson College offers tuition waiver which is applied to both credit and CE classes up to a maximum of six (6) credit hours per semester for the employee only.
