2021-2022 School Year

Primary Objective: To instruct students in an elementary school from grades K-5. Creates lesson plans, administers praise and constructive criticism, instructs students on subjects such as science, literature, and math, and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.
Essential Functions:

  • Be an intricate part of a collaborative learning team that continually uses formative and summative data to ensure all students make academic and personal growth.
  • Share ideas and observations with students, families and colleagues.
  • Develop a cooperative partnership with parents and students based on mutual respect and objectivity.
  • Participate in district and building level committees.
  • Follow guidance and policies established by the Board of Education.
