Assistant Principal needed for 2021-2022 school year at Belton High School.  

The Belton School District is seeking a highly motivated, experienced leader to join the Belton High School administrative team.   This assistant principal position will have a strong focus on instructional design and delivery.  Qualified candidate will possess a thorough understanding of state and formative assessments and disaggregating data to develop both intervention and enrichment opportunities for students.  Experience developing a comprehensive master schedule preferred. Belton High School is looking for a clear communicator who is a self starter with a sense of humor who enjoys being around students and their families. 
  • 3 years teaching experience required
  • 3-5 years building level administration preferred
  • Current Missouri Secondary Principal certification required
  • 3 current letters of recommendation required
Terms of employment:
12-month administrative position.  Assistant principal salary schedule.  Salary range based on education and experience, $83,577-$125,735/year.  Position begins July 1, 2021.
