REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess or is eligible for Missouri Administrative Certification, at the appropriate level for the position
- Strong instructional leadership, collaborative, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of the research on best instructional practices and processes for effective implementation
- Ability to design and implement data driven school improvement planning framework
- Ability to work productively and positively with district staff, students, parents and patrons
- Strong motivational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
- Education Specialist Degree
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience with at least 3 year
