The Francis Howell School District is seeking an elementary principal who can demonstrate evidence of having improved student learning outcomes in a school setting. Basic Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree (specialist or doctorate preferred)
  • Appropriate Principal Certification
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of Best Practices in Curriculum/Instruction & Assessment
  • Knowledge of School Improvement and Best Practices as measured by data/results
  • Knowledge of Classroom Instruction that Works (preferred)
  • Professional Learning Communities Training (preferred)
  • Successful Teaching Experience (elementary preferred, 5 years preferred)
  • Assistant Principal Experience (preferred--elementary preferred, 3 years preferred)

Salary commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Salary: $115,514
