Job Description:
2020-2021 School Year
Starting Salary: This is a stipend position. Head Coach will be placed within the salary range based upon experience and credentials.
Description: The head coach shall be responsible for planning, managing and directing the entire 9-12 Boys Golf program. Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
Coaching the varsity Boys Golf team.
Managing all aspects of the program including practicing, competing, providing off-season improvement opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage of contact days
Marketing and promoting the Boys Golf program.
Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes.
Managing a fiscally sound budget.
Monitoring class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and intervening where appropriate.
Responsible for Boys Golf student-athlete retention.
