Elementary School Administrative Intern
The Administrative Intern will assist in leading school improvement initiatives focused on increasing learning for all students.  He or she will direct educational programs and related services. The Intern will help plan, develop, implement and direct functions related to curriculum, instruction, student supervision and development, and public relations.

Basic Qualifications: 
  • Master’s Degree
  • Appropriate Principal Certification
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Successful Teaching Experience (Elementary school preferred, 5 years preferred)
  • Professional Learning Communities Training (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Classroom Instruction That Works (preferred)
  • Administrator or Other Leadership Experience (preferred; includes LEAP experience)

Salary
This position is paid on the teacher salary schedule, plus a $2,500 stipend.  The contract will be for 200 days (185 teacher contract + 15 days).
