Job Description:
Hallsville School District is seeking a part-time 504 Case Manager. Hallsville School District serves kindergarten through twelfth grade. Candidates must have current and valid teaching certification.

This position is responsible for 504 coordination and implementation for students K-12.

Coordinates and completes section 504 referrals, evaluations, and eligibility determinations. Has a good understanding of classroom accommodations and modifications for students. Coordinates writing initial 504 plans and reviewing existing 504 plans. Completes 504 evaluations in accordance with all local, state, and federal requirements. Serves as a resource to counselors, building administrators, and teachers with classroom accommodations and modifications for students. Assists Director of Special Services with all 504 program compliance. Collaborates effectively with staff at all levels in meeting program requirements. Maintain and inventory all equipment and supplies for 504 students. Strives to maintain and improve professional competence. Attends staff meetings and serves on staff committees as needed. Performs other duties as necessary to support the mission and vision of the Hallsville School District.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; Missouri teacher certification with two years of successful teaching experience.
