Operations Director

Skills and qualities that are a plus but not necessarily a requirement
  • Experience in a school district or charter school
  • Prior experience as director or operations manager

  • Oversees all aspects of school operations, including facilities and maintenance, food service, transportation, technology, and supply management
  • Supervises SLLIS Receptionist and Front Office
  • Proactively maintains vendor and contractor relationships
  • Serves as project manager for construction projects and building repairs
  • Participates on the Board’s Building and Grounds Committee
  • Leads annual review of school liability insurance policies
  • Manages monthly credit card reconciliation process and regular account deposits
