Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in St. Louis, MO. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.
School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $42 to $48 an hour
- 41-week contracts
- $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
- Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
- Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
- Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
- Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
- May be asked to travel between school locations
- May be asked to supervise assistants
Qualifications:
- Missouri Physical Therapist License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
