Gasconade County R-1 School District is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of School Behaviorist for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will support Hermann Elementary School and Hermann Middle School, serving students in grades K–8.

Hermann schools have a rich tradition of academic excellence and a strong focus on student achievement and growth.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Missouri teaching certificate required
  • BCBA certification preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain “Highly Qualified” status as defined by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)
