Data Quality Auditor Description
The Ferguson-Florissant School District is a community of families and neighborhoods located in suburban St. Louis, MO. Fully-accredited by the state of Missouri, the district provides an excellent comprehensive educational program for nearly 10,000 students from preschool through 12th grade. The district is comprised of seven primary schools (PreK-2), six elementary schools (3-5), two sixth grade centers, two middle schools (7-8), two high schools and one alternative school as well as a nationally-recognized early education program, the PROBE gifted education program, the award-winning Challenger Learning Center, Little Creek Nature Area, the Innovation School at Cool Valley, a STEAM middle school and a STEAM high school.

The Data Quality Auditor ensures that critical district data is accurate at all times. This position is responsible for auditing, analyzing, and optimizing data collection and reporting processes to support district compliance and performance. A key component of this role includes maximizing DESE Annual Performance Report (APR) points based on accurate and timely district data. Top candidates will be exceptionally detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview Reports To: Director of Technology Services
Employment Terms: This is a 12-month (260-day), at-will position. Compensation is based on the support staff salary schedule, as outlined in district policy and/or the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and is determined by the employee’s experience and education. Continued employment is subject to annual evaluation in alignment with this job description.
FLSA: Exempt
Retirement: PEERS
Salary: Minimum $27.12 per hour, based on education, experience, and certifications
Calendar: 12-month contract (July-June)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field required
- Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis and data quality assurance required
- Knowledge of Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Core Data, MSIP, MOSIS, and APR systems preferred
