  • A passionate belief in LPA’s mission, values, and educational model 
  • Missouri Teaching Certificate in content area (can be pursuing certification, if other qualifications are true) 
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Current authorization to work in the United States
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
  • Aligned to the “10-month employee” calendar: requires attendance at Professional Learning Institute and Jump Start
