- A passionate belief in LPA’s mission, values, and educational model
- Missouri Teaching Certificate in content area (can be pursuing certification, if other qualifications are true)
- A bachelor’s degree
- Current authorization to work in the United States
- Aligned to the “10-month employee” calendar: requires attendance at Professional Learning Institute and Jump Start
