The Middle School Activities Director is a stipend-based role responsible for coordinating and overseeing all middle school athletic and extracurricular activities. This part-time position primarily requires availability outside of regular school hours to schedule events, supervise activities, and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

The Middle School Activities Director is a stipend-based role responsible for coordinating and overseeing all middle school athletic and extracurricular activities. This part-time position primarily requires availability outside of regular school hours to schedule events, supervise activities, and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of middle school sports and activities events.
- Assign officials for middle school athletic contests.
- Arrange transportation for middle school sports teams.
- Oversee facility usage for middle school athletics and activities.
- Conduct evaluations of middle school head coaches.
- Supervise sporting events as needed at the middle and high school levels.
- Schedule event workers for all middle school home sporting events.
- Monitor student eligibility, transfers, and discipline related to activities.
- Ensure compliance with all MSHSAA rules and regulations.
- Experience in coaching, athletics, or activities coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with MSHSAA guidelines and school athletic operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Availability for evening and weekend commitments.
- This is a stipend position and is not full-time.
- Hours are primarily after school, evenings, and weekends.
