Job Description:
Instructional Aide/Adventure Club, Elementary

Full Time

Salary Base - $17.28 Hourly

2025-2026 School Year

Primary Objective: Under the direction of the building principal, assist certified staff in supporting students; monitor and report student progress.

Essential Functions:

• Assist teachers with instruction and engagement of individual and small groups of students in the classroom
• Assist counselors in their support of students
• Assist with building supervision including but not limited to hallway, lunch, and recess
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school principal 

Education: Minimum of sixty (60) college hours

Qualifications: 

• Missouri teacher certification and/or substitute teacher certification preferred
• Successful criminal background check

Hours of Employment: Seven (7) hours as an instructional aide, one (1) hour as an ADVC site assistant  

Benefits: Eligible
