In this position, you will create a flexible instructional program and a positive class environment favorable to learning and personal growth. In addition, it is critical to establish a caring and positive rapport with students assigned to the classroom and motivate pupils to develop attitudes and knowledge needed to ensure that effective learning occurs for each child, every day.  You will work with other faculty, staff, and parents as applicable in developing and implementing focused development plans (ex: Individual Education Plans (IEP)). 
 
Strong oral and written communication skills, a passion for helping students succeed, ability to work with a variety of technology systems and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education with applicable certifications is required. All applicants must apply online.
