Software Specialist - Lindbergh Schools
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 12 months position, Monday - Friday
- Starting hourly rate: $20.32, subject to experience
- Full benefits included
- Non-exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide support for the district’s student information system (Infinite Campus), addressing tickets and troubleshooting issues submitted by teachers, staff, and administrators.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for various district software systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access.
- Create, run, and distribute queries and reports from Infinite Campus and other software systems to meet district needs.
- Verify data integrity within software systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with state and district policies.
- Manage and support integrations between Infinite Campus and other software.
- Import and manage data uploads into systems, including student assessment data and other relevant information.
- Support staff on effectively using software systems, focusing on maximizing their utility and minimizing issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with other district software systems as needed, maintaining operational continuity.
- Stay informed about updates and enhancements to district software and implement improvements as necessary.
