GSA Elementary Schools at Smiley and South campuses are looking for K-5 classroom teachers for the next school year. 
Brief Job Description
The Elementary Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that develop students’ ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies skills. The teacher will create a positive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration while meeting state standards and curriculum requirements.

• Use formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Analyze assessment data to modify instruction and provide targeted interventions or enrichment as needed.
• Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and respect.
• Implement classroom management strategies that support a structured and productive learning atmosphere.
• Regularly communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and successes.
• Attend parent-teacher conferences and school events as required.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification for Elementary Education in MO.
• Strong understanding of literacy development and best practices in teaching.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
